RETURNS

All returned merchandise must have prior approval within two weeks of delivery. Returns made without an RA number will be refused. Return policy applies only to web site, phone, and fax orders. All Ebay auctions sales are final. Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee minus shipping charges. Items must be received in the same condition as shipped. We will not take returns on order less than $20.00. Installed, used, or altered merchandise is non-returnable. Pickups and electrical components and are non-returnable (pickups and preamps often carry manufacturer's warranty). Items returned due to our error will not incur a restocking fee.
